Alexander Liberman entrusted William Bell with his most cherished real estate–the cover for several spectacular issues.

Two of these covers—the May 1, 1959 and December 1, 1958—were selected by Gallery Met founder and author Dodie Kazanjian for publication in the coffee-table Vogue:The Covers in 2011.
